USA Today reports that very cold temperatures will be the order of the day in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, day of the inauguration of Barack Obama.
Although, it will not as frigid as it has been in the last few days in the North-Eastern part of the U.S., it should be cold enough to cause health problems for some people who stand for hours waiting for the parade to go by.
“The arctic conditions gripping much of the East Coast will ease by the end of the weekend, but temperatures will still be around 20 degrees Monday night and won’t rise above the mid-30s Tuesday for the inauguration, according to Brian Korty, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Camp Springs, Md.”
