Horse Trapped In Frozen Pond

The Weather Channel says that Phil, a four-year old horse, got trapped in a frozen pond in Northern Kentucky.
He remained in the pound for 4 hours before the owner noticed the incident and the firefighters arrived on the scene.
Phil will be just fine!
