Larry Rosen was an examiner at Central Park on April 18th, 2009. According to Larry, “again and again, the same exclamation could be overheard: “I’ve never seen this place so crowded before!” With temperatures soaring into the mid-70s, thousands of winter weary New Yorkers flocked to Central Park to take claim to their share of the sun.
