Many Canadians are skeptical of young people’s interest and knowledge about Canadian politics. This invariably comes up in every election year.

A young Québecois, Marc Hallé, currently residing in Cornwall Ontario,  has set out to prove otherwise. Marc started a facebook page, encouraging people to share ideas, newspaper articles, photos and videos. In other words to start a discussion on the important decison Canadians will take a week from now, on May 2nd.

Environmental issues are in the forefront. Marc told World Weather Post that “there has been a definite lack of discussion on the environment, and that is unacceptable since the health of our planet is right up there as one of the most important issues to young Canadians.”
