Pennsylvania Storm Chasers rejoice; others cower in fear; it looks like we have a 3-day severe weather outbreak on tap. I can’t remember the last time most of the state was in a Storm Prediction Center “Slight Risk” for three days in a row, much less in April, which is not the best time of our severe weather season.

The 4-KM WRF model suggests that a few storms may pop up Monday evening around sunset, ahead of a strong line that will be in the western part of the state around dark, but will fade as it moves east. Tuesday night, we’ll do it all over again.
