New heavy snowfalls in Romania

Death tol has risen to 39 in Romania, because of the cold weather, with 5 people only dying in the last 24 hours. Massive snowfalls have hit more than half of the country again in the last 24 hours with Bucharest, the capital city, being covered with a new fresh snow coat that paralyzed traffic Monday morning. The meteorologists have issued another severe weather alert for the next 3 days, with heavy snow and blizzard.
