Our apologies for the down time on Friday

We would like to apologize for the down time which lasted for about 8 hours yesterday (Friday).
We experienced rare technical problems on the server side, which has since been resolved. This is our first down time in our 4 years of existence.
We sincerely hope this did not cause you too much inconvenience.
